The following policy for Team Roster will be in effect for the 2008 Season only;
1. The OSA team roster sheet, for all team participating in the CESL must be received in the League office prior to May 30th .
2. Changes to the team roster must be reported prior to each team’s next League game. Reporting may be made on-line, with a team roster submitted to the League office with 24 hours of the change.
3. Failure to comply will result in a fine of $ 50 per game.
The CESL is seeking an individual to act as the League Administrator for the remainder of the 2008 and all of the 2009 outdoor season.
